The electro-hydraulic servo axle fatigue testing machine is mainly used for carrying out dynamic and static performance and fatigue tests on trailer axles and front and rear axles of various vehicles. It is also suitable for carrying out dynamic and static performance tests, fatigue tests and life tests on various building materials and large parts after corresponding test accessories are equipped. The equipment can meet the test requirements of the industry standard JT/T475-2002 Trailer Axle, and can complete the following tests on the trailer axle:1, vertical bending stiffness test;2. Vertical bending strength test;3. Vertical bending fatigue life test.

2. Maximum dynamic test force: +500kN, dynamic fluctuation 2%FS.;

3. Maximum stroke displacement of actuator piston: +150mm, indicating accuracy +0.5%FS.;

4. Servo pump station: the flow rate is 140L/min and the pressure is 21MPa;
