Shock Absorber Testing Machine

...
产品用途
The Shock Absorber Testing Machine is a high-precision, servo-controlled bench system engineered to evaluate the dynamic mechanical behaviour of hydraulic, gas-pressurized, magnetorheological (MR) and pneumatic dampers. Unlike a general-purpose fatigue frame or a universal material tester, this system is purpose-built to reproduce the real kinematic and load boundary conditions a damper sees in service — sinusoidal ride motion, road-spectrum transients, thermal drift, and side loading from the wheel.
By closing the loop on displacement, force and velocity, the machine captures the full force–displacement hysteresis loop (the "indicator diagram" / dyno plot), resolves rebound and compression damping forces, and tracks how those forces decay over hundreds of thousands of cycles. It is the single instrument that takes a damper from prototype validation through end-of-line quality release.
