Product Overview

This screw torque testing machine adopts high-precision servo torsion drive system, specially designed for threaded fasteners such as self-tapping screws, machine screws, hexagon socket screws and bolts. It can perform screw breaking torsion test, tightening torque test, torque-clamp force test and thread anti-loosening torque test. The equipment can detect breaking torque, friction coefficient, torque coefficient and torque attenuation curve of screws. Equipped with interchangeable positioning fixtures and guide sleeves, it can avoid additional bending stress during testing and ensure the accuracy of torsion test results. The supporting software collects torque and angle data in real time, automatically generates torque-angle curves, and exports standardized test reports. It is widely used for incoming inspection, new product development and mechanical property verification of fastener manufacturers.
